Greg Reynolds says, “I am one of the luckiest people on the planet. Whether it’s an employee separation or a search for new talent, I get to help people and companies with critical life changing events every day.” Greg assists his clients with complex searches for mission critical talent and difficult individual or group separations. He also helps his clients’ Senior Management enhance their leadership skills or build bench strength for the future with customized leadership development programs.
Greg draws on a successful career in human resource management, executive search and career transition services. His diverse blend of experience gives him a unique perspective when creating solutions for his clients and their employees as they transition through the employment life cycle. He facilitates searches for senior level professionals through C suite executives across a variety of disciplines in for profit, nonprofit, manufacturing and service sectors. He has personally assisted over 5,000 displaced professionals transition to new opportunities. In the late 1990s he helped employees of the Panama Canal Zone whose jobs were being eliminated by the historic change in control transition to new employment in the U.S..
A graduate of the University of Mount Union, Greg is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). He was the co-founder of Chagrin Valley Job Seekers and is a founding board member of North Coast Job Seekers, two highly successful job search support groups for professionals in transition. He serves on the advisory boards of the Teach for America mentorship program and the Civic Leadership Institute, which is part of the Cleveland Leadership Center. Greg is a member of the Committee on Ministry for the Presbytery of the Western Reserve, is a trained Clergy Coach, assists church congregations seeking new pastoral leadership and serves as a mediator/conversation facilitator for congregations in conflict. He also travels regularly to Honduras to build water purification systems with the nonprofit Living Waters for the World..
