He also works with groups on plant closings and job relocation projects nationally and globally.

In her position as Director of Executive Recruiting at Dise & Company since 2004, Susan Paley Zak leverages her broad network of contacts in business, professional and nonprofit communities to help clients find the right talent for their organizations. Throughout her successful career in human resources, Susan’s signature accomplishment has been to bring an entrepreneurial zeal to whatever she touches.

Greg is an experienced human resources executive who assists clients in recruiting key talent, building organizational bench strength and optimizing workforce performance by enhancing leadership skills. He is skilled in creating outplacement services that meet the needs of both organizations and individuals affected by reductions in force. His clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 100 organizations in the public and private sectors. He has deep experience in service, industrial, nonprofit, and technology environments.

Director, Client Services and Corporate Development, Jennifer Otto assists clients in developing their job search. She guides clients through the onboarding process and helps maintain communication. In addition to drafting resumes and cover letters, she provides assistance with various search databases as well as technical support.

Bill Marshall, Executive Vice President of
Dori Lieber has a distinguished record of involvement in nonprofit community activities. Her additional success in corporate and entrepreneurial businesses make her a great fit for the firm, which works at the intersection of those worlds. She has worked in radio sales and marketing in New York City. In 1979, she and her husband Joel established what would soon become a five-store retail chain, where she served as general manager. She later joined Jewish Vocational Services, where she became the Associate Director of Corporate Connection, an executive-recruitment division of a nonprofit agency. The program became self-sustaining within its first year of business, developing crucial non-restricted funding for the agency.
Research Associate, Phyllis Webb brings a track record of success as a senior IT leader. As a long term IT Director at Progressive Insurance, she has been responsible for managing large organizations and has directed the implementation of many large, multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.
