Bill Marshall, Vice President of Executive Search, has twenty-five plus years of experience in executive recruitment for a broad spectrum of industries and functions. Acknowledged throughout the region as one of the leading experts on recruitment, he is regularly called upon to assist in recruiting top talent to his diverse group of corporate clients.
Formerly a partner in the firm of Martin Marshall, he also served as jobs director of the nationally recognized Neighborhood-by-Neighborhood program at Vocational Guidance Services of Cleveland. In this position he played a key role in identifying employment opportunities for hard-core unemployed people in the impoverished neighborhoods of the mid town corridor.
Marshall’s primary objective in his search practice is to assist his clients in making the best possible hiring decisions.
