Job: Manager of Tax / Manager of Audit

The position Join the team as Manager of Tax or Manager of Audit, depending upon your professional expertise. You will be tracked for a crucial role in the firm’s long-term future.  This position is designed to be the training position for the next leader of the firm.  You will build a practice while learning to build and lead the firm. Key attributes of the successful candidate This position has been created to develop the next firm-wide leader. You, as a viable candidate, must be able to demonstrate: community volunteer leadership on not for profit boards and/or a strong interest in social interaction beyond family and work; active business development with a following of clients who have a high regard for your performance and may follow you to the firm; ability to mentor newly minted CPAs; and skill in the support of old hands by providing insight, coaching and business development support. You must be passionate about public accounting, building a practice and leading the firm. You have the ability to spot an opportunity and take action on it. You are confident but humble, easy to like and you get along well with others.
